Titanic and the media

The Titanic has been a source of constant media interest from the moment the first Marconi radio message sputtered across the ocean to the present day.

One way to keep abreast of developments, and thus provide students with that vital link between past history and the present day, is to access the Australian Associated Press database. This is available nationally on the NEXUS Electronic Information Service. For more information, contact NEXUS Customer Support on 08 262 7751.

The articles are but a selection of those available and serve to illustrate, amongst other issues, the ongoing debate with relation to taking artifacts from shipwrecks of significance.

The articles can be read online, or the zip file containing all of the articles can be downloaded.
